Low pressure injection molding (A-pillar) can improve product performance, besides, can greatly reduce the research & development cost of new product, shorten the product development cycle and largely improve the production efficiency. Gas supplement injection molding (tailgate handle and back door side plate) can reduce the manufacturing cost of the product and further improve some performance. When the product can meet the same use requirements, gas supplement injection can greatly save plastic raw materials, its savings rate up to 50% and eventually increasing the overall profit.
